Still have questions? Reach out

What counts as a completed review?

Only reviews that finish and post findings (or 'no findings') on a pull request are charged. Failed, cancelled, and timed out reviews are free.

How do credits work?

Buy credits any time from $10 to $1,000. Each completed review draws $1 from your balance. Credits never expire.

Is auto recharge on by default?

Yes. When your balance drops below $10, we add $20. You can change either number, or turn auto recharge off, in Settings under Billing.

Can I cap my monthly spending?

Yes. Set a monthly spending limit in Settings under Billing. Reviews pause when you hit it.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Reviews pause until your balance is topped up. Auto recharge prevents most outages. We email you before and when reviews stop.

Do you charge for re reviews after a force push?

Yes. Each completed review is $1, including re reviews triggered by a force push or new commit. Pending runs that get cancelled because newer commits arrived are free.

Are CI bot commits charged?

No. Dependabot, Renovate, github actions, and snyk bot never trigger reviews, so they never cost anything. AI coding tools like Claude or Cursor count as normal authors and their pull requests are reviewed.

Are open source projects free?

Yes. Reviews on public repositories are on us. No setup required.

Is there a startup program?

Yes. We have committed $100,000 toward our startup program. Sign up first, then email hello@prelint.com to apply.

Do you offer invoicing or annual prepay?

Yes. For larger teams that prefer purchase orders or annual billing, email hello@prelint.com.

How do referrals work?

Every organization gets a permanent referral link. When someone you refer runs their first review, you both get $20 in credits.

Ready to catch product drift?

$10 in free credits to start. No credit card required.
